A: We stand by the quality of our products. Overcast products are protected by 30-day warranty limited to manufacturer’s defects. This covers materials & workmanship.

Q: I accidentally broke by eyewear, is this covered under warranty? 

A: Unfortunately, accidental damage is not covered. We wanted our products to be as affordable as possible, so we didn’t include any replacement costs into our price. But we’re humans too! Send us an email at overcastspecs@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do for you. 

 

Q: Can I replace the lenses of the sunglasses? 

A: Please don’t attempt to replace the lenses of your sunglasses, as they may break & they will not be covered under warranty.

 

Q: Can I replace the lenses of the eyeglasses? 

A: Yes, because our eyeglasses are prescription-ready. We can also change the lenses for you at an additional cost. Lens price depends on your eye grade & type of lens. Contact us to know more about lens replacement.
